BEND, Oregon - "I mean, even the police officers said that, like, our Graffiti was their favorite and, you know, I honestly think they wanted to arrest us, but some had different opinions .. "

These words of Tyler Rios, one of three 18 years Bend arrested this weekend, accused of being behind a wave of graffiti around Bend over the past three weeks.
