Spray paint red blood found covering old rock art panels at Red Rock Canyon Conservation Area in November shocked the community and attracted national attention.
Letters pictograms and petroglyphs obscuring giant reported a change: graffiti vandalism had left the urban core of a protected historic site of Canada.
Authorities caught the alleged vandalism in a 17 week, but the incident helped trigger the legislation into force in October, which carries harsher penalties for graffiti, especially in protected sites in Nevada.
"Because of the outcry that case, we started looking at our existing legislation to see if there were changes we could do," said Detective Scott Black of Article Metro Police investigation graffiti.

I worked as a finishing specialist for 25 years and I can tell you that the preparation before the initial application was the most important thin to the longevity of the paint job. Since that is now a moot point, I suggest that you first find out what kind of paint was used. If it's enamel ( which it probably is) then you need to apply enamel over
Wow...this is a good question...Many of the products that you could use will yellow the original finish and you certainly would not want that. My suggestion would be to go to a reputable paint store and explain to them just what you are trying to accomplish. Ask Sherwin Williams.....!
Krylon makes a clear acrylic spray with U.V. shielding properties that I use frequently. Good stuff ! You can get it at Michael's.
i used to graffiti furniture for a lady who sold it in Camden Market.I just coated it with a spray lacquer when i finished.It worked well and also brought the colours out more,
