Boundary County Commissioners provide a $ 2,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for recent acts of vandalism and property damage in the county.
"We offer this because it is very serious," said Commissioner Ron Smith.
Tuesday morning, the commissioners met Bonners Ferry Police Chief Rick Alonzo, Boundary County Sheriff Greg and Jeff Gutshall Sprungli Superintendent of the border county roads and bridges.
It is not difficult to imagine what they are talking about graffiti.
Class of 2011 was tagged in the county on road signs private and county roads, jersey barriers and even a billboard. Vulgar words were used and the graffiti graphic.
